The association was created in ISINGIRO-Nakivale, province of MBARARA , in Republic of Uganda (Eastern Africa) in the Nakivale refugee camp

The association was registered with the authorities on May 23rd, 2023. Below is a certificate and recommendation from the local government.

Our EAED association welcomes 102 orphaned children, some of whom are disabled.
It was created on 04/11/2021 by a Catholic couple who are themselves Congolese refugees.

The aim is to gather funds to finance, as a priority:
- Food for the children
- Rent for the premises
- Care.
- Schooling

Later and depending on the evolution of the association, the financing of:
- Access to water
- Electrification
- Maintenance, renovation and construction of buildings.

To get financing, the association organizes various events, communication, sales, calls for donations but also all activities to finance or support for a specific project.

The association can also ask for material aid from companies or individuals, during events or communications that can provide a means of carrying out a project for the orphanage.

The association is registered as Community Based Organization (CBO) n°3063
